REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
All products sold at GD Customs are custom made to order and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
    •    Item arrives damaged or defective
    •    Wrong item was sent due to our error
    •    Item was significantly not as described
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at garydaly2210@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will remake and reship your order at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for:
    •    Incorrect information provided by the customer
    •    Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
    •    Delays caused by shipping carriers
    •    Lost packages marked as delivered
Custom Orders:
Before production begins we will confirm all custom details with you. Once you approve your design and we begin production your order cannot be cancelled or changed.
Processing Time:
All custom orders take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping.
Shipping: 
Once your order ships you will receive tracking information via email.
